Images of Tommy Hanley by Jill Furmanovsky 2021

About Rockarchive

Jill Furmanovsky was a good professional colleague of Tommy Hanley.  Jill has photographed some of the biggest artists in rock, pop and jazz, and her material appears on many an album cover, from Oasis to Blondie.

Tommy’s son Tony commented ‘I was blown away when Jill agreed to write the foreword for Tommys book, and since his passing, Jill has been a big help as to next steps in terms of his legacy image archive which is extremely valuable.

Besides Jill’s foreword, after receiving her copy of ‘With a Little Help From My Lens‘ she very kindly gave the following testimonial about the limited edition book ‘Tom’s beautiful book is most impressive. His son, Tony has taken the care and attention to present Toms images and well written text to make it a quality product and a book that will be loved by any Beatles fan.’

We commend anyone to visit the Rockarchive website and take a look at Jill’s incredible images available to buy online.

My latest TV documentary ‘A Love Letter To The Beatles.’ charts exactly what The Beatles meant to a generation. Tommy Hanley’s book contains fabulous images that clearly evidence that he was there in the epicentre. His talent behind the lens makes us feel like we are in front of it, in the room with John, Paul, George, Ringo, their families, colleagues and entourages. It's a remarkable book and a collectable piece of Beatles history.
